Refund or Replacement

Please be informed that all products are non-returnable.
ReplacementĀ can be initiated under the following circumstances:
1. Received a damaged product.
2. Received the wrong product.
3. Product is used or altered.
ReplacementĀ requests will only be accepted if initiated within 5 days post order delivery.
Additionally, customers must share an unboxing video for cases of a damaged or wrong product to facilitate the replacementĀ process. This video should demonstrate the condition of the received item and will be necessary to validate the replacementĀ request.
