How to remove pimple marks overnight?

Pimples are the most common skin care problem caused by clogged skin pores, excessive sebum, bacterial infections and dead skin cells. This is very different from acne, a long-term skin condition where the sebaceous glands can cause inflammation. This can lead to cysts, blackheads, pustules or whiteheads.

Types Of Pimples

There are three main types of pimples marks

Tiny bumps:

They are blackish, tiny and apartment. They are usually small and heal with time. Therefore, they do not require medicated pimple treatment.

Boxcar or rolling scar:

These pimples generally turn into a deep scar and can attack the deeper skin cells. They end with a white head that leaves a persistent scar caused by the loss of collagen in the skin.

Cyst-like pimples:

Cyst-like pimples cause red-brownish spots and often appear due to hormonal imbalance and are contagious. Therefore, wash your face no more than twice a day and use only sulfate-free toner to rinse it off.

Causes Of Pimples Marks

  • Excessive sebum production by the sebaceous glands can clog the skin pores. This traps dead skin cells that rot over time and cause pus-filled pimples.

  • Bacterial infection usually causes bumps and pimples on the face. Bacterial infection can be caused by an unclean skin surface.

  • Skin inflammation and internal aggressors such as allergies and other infections can cause blemishes, pimples and breakouts.

  • Carbonated drinks, processed sugar, excessively greasy food, white bread and white rice can also lead to increased oil secretion on the skin, causing pimples and acne.

  • Excessive sweating and an imbalance of testosterone hormones can lead to excessive sebum production in the body, which in turn leads to hormonal acne and breakouts.

The appearance of pimples on your face is not the only problem you have to deal with. They entail other skin care problems, such as dark spots, uneven skin tone, dullness or textured skin. There are several reasons for this, of which lack of personal hygiene is at the top of the list.

How to remove pimple marks?

It is safer to pick for some safe and effective pimple removal tips to relieve inflammation and treat acne faster. Here are some simple ways you can try:

Tea tree oil treatment:

Mix two drops of tea tree oil with a carrier oil such as coconut, almond or olive oil. Keep this nourishing mixture in a dropper bottle and apply it to your face. Rinse your face with water after 30 minutes or use a sulfate-free toner. Apply this mixture once a day and do not skip moisturizer and sunscreen.

Ice pack treatment:

Wrap an ice cube in a cloth and dab it on your face. Be careful when using it on pimples. Dab the ice on your face for 30-50 seconds. This will help shrink the pimple faster and soothe the affected area. Apply it once or twice a day for faster results. You can also apply a cold compress on the acne if you do not want to avoid the mess.

Honey treatment:

Take one tablespoon of organic honey with ½ tablespoon of cinnamon powder and mix it until you get a thick paste. Apply it on the affected area and leave it on for 20-30 minutes. Then wash your face with cold water and apply a thick layer of moisturizer.

Chickpea flour:

Chickpea or garbanzo bean flour can also help with pimples, especially if you have oily and acne-sensitive skin. This face pack helps absorb excess oil from the skin without disrupting the skin barrier. To make it, mix a tablespoon of chickpea flour with water or rose water and apply it to cleansed skin. Leave it on for 10 minutes and rinse off.

Aloe vera gel:

If painful acne flares up too frequently, try aloe vera facial gel. Its antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties effectively reduce acne and soothe irritation.

Almonds:

This superfood contains antioxidants, vitamin E and minerals, making it an important ingredient for facial scrubs. They help restore the skin's natural radiance and provide acne-free skin. Mix two tablespoons of fine almond powder, yogurt and honey with a pinch of ground clove. Apply this scrub to your damp skin and massage gently for a few minutes.
